For hygiene and safety reasons, all our latex pillows are classified as personal care items, and we do not accept returns or refunds once the item has been shipped. Please confirm your order carefully before placing it.

Every order is packed and shipped under 24-hour CCTV surveillance, and thoroughly inspected to ensure product quality before dispatch.

As such, we do not accept any return or refund requests under the following conditions:

❌ The product has been opened or used
❌ Customer changed their mind after purchase
❌ Incorrect address provided by customer causing delivery failure
