Malaysia & Singapore Shipping

-Free shipping available for West Malaysia, East Malaysia & Singapore

-Delivery time: 2–5 working days (West Malaysia ), 3–7 working days (Singapore / East Malaysia)

-COD (Cash on Delivery) is only available in Malaysia & Singapore – cash only

Notice:
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service within Malaysia and Singapore (cash only).
An additional 6% service fee will be charged on top of your order total when using COD.
This is a standard courier surcharge for handling cash collection, not imposed by our store.

📌 Example: For an order of RM100, you will pay RM106 upon delivery.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses.

United States

-All parcels include international tracking

-Options available for home delivery or SF Express pickup

-Payments accepted in HKD and other currencies

-Delivery available to homes or commercial addresses

-Shipping fees are shown during checkout

-❗COD is not supported. Online payment methods are required.

Taiwan

-Estimated delivery time: 5–8 working days

-Tracking numbers provided for all orders

-Payments supported in TWD via credit card or PayPal

-❗COD is not available in Taiwan. Pre-payment is required.

Middle East Region

Includes: Yemen, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Oman, United Arab Emirates

-Estimated delivery time: 7–14 working days, depending on each country’s customs and courier efficiency

-All parcels are shipped via international couriers with tracking numbers
